PossAbilities is a fantastic service and we provide services mainly for vulnerable adults including people with disabilities, people with mental health and acquired brain injury.
Rachel Law:
When we were part of the council we never had any funding to improve service delivery whereas now our profit or any surplus can be can be spent on improving the services that we offer so we were able to invest in our services. We ask people 바카라 사이트˜if we make a surplus what would you like us to spend that on?바카라 사이트™ so people are really engaged and really have a say in the running of the organisation. Everything that we do improves services for people that we support and that바카라 사이트™s our main objective. I just think we바카라 사이트™ve grown as people and I think we바카라 사이트™ve grown together. I바카라 사이트™m most proud of the fact that the staff took a leap of faith and they believed in PossAbilities right from the start, they took that leap of faith and I think it바카라 사이트™s paid off and I바카라 사이트™m really proud of that.

I do think what바카라 사이트™s changed a lot for me is the people that we support. People come in our office and you only have to see somebody - it바카라 사이트™s 바카라 사이트˜Hi!바카라 사이트™, people shouting your name, 바카라 사이트˜how you doing바카라 사이트™ - you know, saying that they like you and you don바카라 사이트™t do it for that but it바카라 사이트™s just a bonus knowing that people are happy.
Rachel Law:
There바카라 사이트™s so many benefits that spinning out can bring. You바카라 사이트™re able to innovate, the customers get a better service. My advice if you you were looking at spinning out of a local authority is to go for it.
