The Social Security Coordination (Council Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 and Council Regulation (EC) No 859/2003) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument amends the retained EU Regulations which provide for EU Social Security Coordination (the 바카라 사이트˜Coordination Regulations바카라 사이트™). The amendments remedy deficiencies arising as a result of the United Kingdom바카라 사이트™s withdrawal from the European Union (바카라 사이트˜EU바카라 사이트™), ensuring that retained EU law is operable in the event there is no withdrawal agreement, and no future relationship agreement.
