The Inquiries and Coroners (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

This instrument amends references to 바카라 사이트渙bligations바카라 사이트� and 바카라 사이트渆nforceable obligations바카라 사이트� under EU law in the Inquiries Act 2005 and the Coroners and Justice Act 2009, and amends references to 바카라 사이트渃ommunity obligations바카라 사이트� in the Coroners Act (Northern Ireland) 1959, to ensure reference is now made to 바카라 사이트渞etained EU obligations바카라 사이트� and to 바카라 사이트渞etained enforceable EU obligations바카라 사이트� following the United Kingdom바카라 사이트檚 withdrawal from the European Union. It also amends s43 of the Inquiries Act 2005 to provide a definition of 바카라 사이트榬etained enforceable EU obligation바카라 사이트� for the purposes of this SI with reference to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
