The Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from Renewable Energy Sources and High-efficiency Cogeneration (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2022

This instrument amends the Electricity (Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/2562) (the 바카라 사이트�2003 Regulations바카라 사이트�) and the Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-Efficiency Cogeneration Regulations 2007 (S.I. 2007/292) (the 바카라 사이트�2007 Regulations바카라 사이트�) (collectively the 바카라 사이트淕OO Regulations바카라 사이트�) to address deficiencies arising from the United Kingdom바카라 사이트檚 withdrawal from the European Union (under section 8(2)(c) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (바카라 사이트淓UWA바카라 사이트�)).
