The Electricity Network Codes and Guidelines (Markets and Trading) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

This instrument is one of a package of statutory instruments that will ensure that legislation governing the UK바카라 사이트™s energy systems will function effectively in the event that the UK leaves the European Union (바카라 사이트˜EU바카라 사이트™) without a withdrawal agreement in place. It amends two retained EU regulations relating to the cross-border trade of electricity to ensure that they will function effectively once incorporated in domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. It further revokes two retained EU regulations on the grounds that they would be inoperable if incorporated into domestic law.
