Judicial Summary

Child support maintenance - Non-resident parent (NRP) had four other children with another partner who were not qualifying children - Whether the four children were 바카라 사이트渞elevant other children바카라 사이트� (ROC) or 바카라 사이트渃hildren in a family-based arrangement바카라 사이트� (CIFBA) - Child Maintenance Service (CMS) notified in 2016 that children were ROC when in fact they were CIFBA - correct information as to their status provided by NRP to CMS in 2020 - when correct change of status of children took effect for purpose of maintenance calculations - revisions and supersessions - whether FTT addressed conflicting evidence provided by CMS - whether NRP aware of the case he had to meet.
