Judicial Summary

This decision follows AB v Newport City Council [2022] UKUT 190 (AAC) and decides that a review decision of the Education Tribunal for Wales (ETW) is appealable to the Upper Tribunal under section 81 of the Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Act 2018.
