Judicial Summary
(1) Where a Traffic Commissioner바카라 사이트™s refusal to grant a 바카라 사이트˜period of grace바카라 사이트™ is integral to the Commissioner바카라 사이트™s decision to revoke an operator바카라 사이트™s licence, the Commissioner바카라 사이트™s reasons must provide some explanation as to why a period of grace was refused. (2) The Office of the Traffic Commissioner바카라 사이트™s (OTC) misleadingly restrictive description of the purpose of a public inquiry, given when informing an operator, in a Proposal to Revoke letter / notice under section 27(2) of the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995, of its right to request an inquiry, rendered the Traffic Commissioner바카라 사이트™s subsequent decision to revoke the operator바카라 사이트™s licence procedurally unfair.
