In September 2023, the SFO issued charges against the former Finance Director of PHp, Christopher Marsh, his wife, accountant Louise Marsh, as well as Financial Controller Pritesh Mistry and financial consultant Nileshkumar Lad.

All four defendants have pleaded not guilty on all charges and a trial date is set for March 2026.
