This policy brief examines how 2 different social protection programmes, in 2 very different country contexts, the Productive Safety Net Programme (PSNP) in Ethiopia and JUNTOS programme in Peru, can mitigate the negative effects of early poverty and climate shocks to improve disadvantaged children바카라 사이트™s foundational cognitive skills.
