TCM1000605 - How to update UY income details

Step 1

Note: Where one customer in a joint claim provides their current year (UY) income you must obtain the other customer바카라 사이트™s UY income as well. You must ensure that the UY income fields are completed for both customers. Where the UY income for one of the customers is nil, you must enter 바카라 사이트˜Â£0.00바카라 사이트™. Do not leave the field blank.

Note: For In Year finalisation the customer is required to supply an actual income amount, and the actual 바카라 사이트˜A바카라 사이트™ status must be selected.

Note: There may already be system estimated 바카라 사이트˜S바카라 사이트™ amounts held on the tax credits computer. These must be updated with the actual figures provided by the customer, obtained from RTI or manually calculated.

Note: You must always confirm the correct estimated figures for any UY fields that are populated. Do not leave a mix of statuses on the tax credits computer. UY income must not contain a mix of 바카라 사이트˜S바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜A바카라 사이트™ statuses.

On the 바카라 사이트˜Function Menu바카라 사이트™

  • select 바카라 사이트˜In Year Finalisation바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Maintain In Year Finalisation바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Key Entry Data바카라 사이트™ screen
  • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken to 바카라 사이트˜Household Details바카라 사이트™ screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Select individual바카라 사이트™ screen

  • select the relevant individual that you need to work
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken to 바카라 사이트˜Household Details바카라 사이트™ screen
  • go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Select household바카라 사이트™ screen

  • select the relevant household that you need to work
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken to 바카라 사이트˜Household Details바카라 사이트™ screen
  • go to Step 2.

Step 2

  • select 바카라 사이트˜continue바카라 사이트™ until you get to the 바카라 사이트˜Capture In Year Income바카라 사이트™ screen

  • enter the details for the appropriate tax year relevant field in the 바카라 사이트˜Income details바카라 사이트™ box

    • Earnings
    • Self Employed
    • Benefits in Kind
    • Social Security benefits
    • Other Actual Income

    Note: Where you are correcting an income amount which was captured in error, for example entered in the 바카라 사이트˜Self Employed Profits바카라 사이트™ field instead of the 바카라 사이트˜Earnings바카라 사이트™ field, delete the amount that was entered in error and leave the field blank. Do not replace the figure with 바카라 사이트˜Â£0.00바카라 사이트™. You must then enter the correct amount in the correct field, selecting the appropriate status.

  • amend the details in the relevant fields with the details provided by the customer
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Back바카라 사이트™ until you get to the 바카라 사이트˜finalisation details바카라 사이트™ screen
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™.
