TCM1000522 - How to check if an in year adjustment or cross year recovery

Step 1

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Household바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Adjust in year payments바카라 사이트™ from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Key Entry Data - Applicant바카라 사이트™ screen
  • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜Adjust in year payments바카라 사이트™ screen
  • check the 바카라 사이트˜% of remaining entitlement authorised for payment바카라 사이트™ field, to determine the amount currently set.

If the percentage amount is blank or set to nil, an in year adjustment isn바카라 사이트™t in place, go to Step 2.

If the percentage amount is set to anything other than blank or nil, an in year adjustment is in place, go to Step 2.

Note: A message may display stating you are denied access to that customer바카라 사이트™s details. If this happens, follow the guidance in TCM0068160.

Step 2

On the 바카라 사이트˜Function Menu바카라 사이트™

  • select 바카라 사이트˜View household account바카라 사이트™ on the toolbar
  • enter the customer바카라 사이트™s NINO
  • select 바카라 사이트˜Latest바카라 사이트™
  • select 바카라 사이트˜OK바카라 사이트™. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트˜View direct payments schedule바카라 사이트™ screen
  • check the 바카라 사이트˜Amount recovered바카라 사이트™ field

If an amount is shown 

  • cross year recovery has been applied

Note: the cross year recovery may be as a result of Cross Award Recovery

If an amount is not shown 

  • cross year recovery hasn바카라 사이트™t been applied
  • return to the guidance you were previously following.

Step 3

To determine if there is an in year adjustment as well as a cross year recovery

  • on the 바카라 사이트˜View direct payments schedule바카라 사이트™ screen, identify the date that the regular payments have been reduced

  • make a note of

    • the date in the 바카라 사이트˜Issued바카라 사이트™ field of the first reduced regular payment
    • the pay frequency
    • the reduced regular payment amount

Note: Regular payments fall at a set period of either 7 or 28 days apart

  • select 바카라 사이트˜Postings바카라 사이트™
  • using the above date, locate the corresponding amended WTC/CTC award.

Note: The amended award will be on or before the date noted from schedule.

Note: Where there are two award postings one after the other, the award has been re-profiled.

  • there will be a plus and a minus figure.

If the minus figure is greater than the plus figure 

  • the award entitlement has dropped and an in year adjustment has been applied
  • return to the guidance you were previously following.

If the minus figure is not greater than the plus figure, go to Step 4.

  • an in year adjustment has been applied
  • return to the guidance you were previously following.

  • return to the guidance you were previously following.
