TCM1000201 - How to update current year income details

Step 1

Note: Where one customer in a joint claim provides their current year (CY) income you must obtain the other customer바카라 사이트檚 CY income as well. You must ensure that the CY income fields are completed for both customers. Where the CY income for one of the customers is nil, you must enter 바카라 사이트樎�0.00바카라 사이트�. Do not leave the field blank.

Note: When estimated income for CY has been entered, you must select the estimated 바카라 사이트楨바카라 사이트� status.

Note: There may already be system estimated 바카라 사이트楽바카라 사이트� amounts held on the tax credits computer. These must be updated with the estimated figures provided by the customer.

Note: You must always confirm the correct estimated figures for any CY fields that are populated. Do not leave a mix of statuses on the tax credits computer. CY income must not contain a mix of 바카라 사이트楽바카라 사이트� and 바카라 사이트楨바카라 사이트� statuses.

On the 바카라 사이트楩unction Menu바카라 사이트�

select 바카라 사이트楢pplication바카라 사이트� on the toolbar
select 바카라 사이트楥hange of Circumstances바카라 사이트� from the options available. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楰ey Entry Data바카라 사이트� screen
enter the customer바카라 사이트檚 NINO
select the relevant checkbox
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Household바카라 사이트� screen

select the relevant claim
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant Details바카라 사이트� screen
go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Application바카라 사이트� screen

select the relevant claim
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant Details바카라 사이트� screen
go to Step 2.

If the message 바카라 사이트楧etails must be recorded on the Free Format screen. Do you wish to proceed바카라 사이트� displays

do not complete the 바카라 사이트楩ree Format바카라 사이트� screen at this point, just return to the guidance you were previously following.

select either 바카라 사이트業nc1바카라 사이트� (if you바카라 사이트檙e updating the CY income for customer 1) or 바카라 사이트業nc2바카라 사이트� (if you바카라 사이트檙e updating the CY income for customer 2) on the toolbar. You바카라 사이트檒l be taken to the 바카라 사이트業ncome - Applicant 1바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트業ncome - Applicant 2바카라 사이트� screen

Note: Where you are updating the CY income for both customers, repeat this step to update the CY income for the other customer as well.

enter the details for the appropriate tax year relevant field in the 바카라 사이트業ncome details바카라 사이트� box
- Earnings
- Self Employed
- Benefits in Kind
- Social Security benefits

Note: Where you are correcting an income amount which was captured in error, for example entered in the 바카라 사이트楽elf Employed Profits바카라 사이트� field instead of the 바카라 사이트楨arnings바카라 사이트� field, delete the amount that was entered in error and leave the field blank. Do not replace the figure with 바카라 사이트樎�0.00바카라 사이트�. You must then enter the correct amount in the correct field, selecting the appropriate status.

If the income provided is estimated income

select 바카라 사이트楨바카라 사이트� from the drop down menu
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢mend Finish바카라 사이트� screen

Note: Where the 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트� button is not available, make the changes on the 바카라 사이트業ncome바카라 사이트� screen and then go to another screen and select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트� on that screen.

do not complete the 바카라 사이트楢mend Finish바카라 사이트� screen at this point, just return to the guidance you were previously following.

If the income provided is actual income

select 바카라 사이트楢바카라 사이트� from the drop down menu
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢mend Finish바카라 사이트� screen

do not complete the 바카라 사이트楢mend Finish바카라 사이트� screen at this point, just return to the guidance you were previously following.
