If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Household바카라 사이트� screen

select the relevant claim
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant Details바카라 사이트� screen
go to Step 2.

If you are taken to the 바카라 사이트楽elect Application바카라 사이트� screen

select the claim which is 바카라 사이트楶artially Captured바카라 사이트� or 바카라 사이트楢waiting Award바카라 사이트�
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant Details바카라 사이트� screen
go to Step 2.

If you are taken straight to the 바카라 사이트楢pplicant Details바카라 사이트� screen, go to Step 2.

when the following message 바카라 사이트楧etails must be recorded on the Free Format screen. Do you wish to proceed?바카라 사이트� display, select 바카라 사이트榊es바카라 사이트�. You will be taken to the 바카라 사이트楩ree Format바카라 사이트� screen
enter the details of the change
enter the effective date of the change
enter any other relevant information
select 바카라 사이트極K바카라 사이트�. You have completed the 바카라 사이트楩ree Format바카라 사이트� screen.
