The 바카라 사이트˜Manual Statement Issue바카라 사이트™ work list identifies cases where a statement cannot be produced automatically because it exceeds 200 lines and is too large to be printed. However, from 6 April 2012, the capacity for additional lines on a statement will be increased, enabling statements of more than 200 lines to be issued automatically.

It is a list for daily review and is allocated to the Clerical Processing Officer user role in the office with processing responsibility.

A work item is created during the statement issue cycle when the taxpayer바카라 사이트™s record is reviewed to determine whether or not a statement can be produced automatically. Each work item shows UTR, taxpayer name, entry date, B/f date (if applicable) and statement issue date.

The function VIEW STATEMENT provides access to all statement information and allows the Clerical Processing Officer, by using the SEES SA Statement facility, to create a paper statement for issue to the customer or agent.

Whilst the majority of statements are now issued in Simple Statement format, the SEES SA Statement is produced in Open Item format and will include all adjustments and sums of repayment supplement. The sequential number of the statement will be shown, as it has been created as result of the statement issue cycle.

A printed payslip is not included with the SEES SA Statement. A completed clerical payslip should be issued to the taxpayer / agent. If payment is imminent, request the taxpayer / agent to send the payment to the Banking Operations office and advise the reference number to quote.

Taxpayers can nominate agents to receive printed statements on their behalf. For an agent to receive the statement in place of the taxpayer the Statement to Agent signal must be set to 바카라 사이트˜Y바카라 사이트™.

2. When you view a created statement the address is not shown. The latest address is held on the taxpayer record but this may not be the address used if the statement was issued

4. The statement data in the 바카라 사이트˜Created바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜Type바카라 사이트™ columns on screen is for HMRC use. You cannot stop it being included in a screen print but it will not be shown in a SEES SA Statement. Wherever possible therefore, you should now use the SEES SA Statement facility to print a large statement. If, exceptionally, you do give taxpayers a screen print tell them to ignore the information in these columns.
