HM Land Registry portal: reset password

How Business e-services customers can reset their password through the portal.

You can only reset your password after you바카라 사이트™ve logged in at least once, as you바카라 사이트™re required to answer 2 of the shared secret questions created during first time login.

Enter your User ID

  1. Enter your 바카라 사이트˜User ID바카라 사이트™.
  2. Select 바카라 사이트˜Next바카라 사이트™.

  1. Select either 바카라 사이트˜Password바카라 사이트™ or 바카라 사이트˜One Time Password Token바카라 사이트™.
  2. Select 바카라 사이트˜Next바카라 사이트™.

Reset login details

  1. Answer your first and second shared secret question. If you can바카라 사이트™t remember your shared secret answers, your account will need to be reset. How this is done will depend on your user role:
    • If you바카라 사이트™re an authorised user, you should contact the Business Unit Administrator within your organisation
    • If you바카라 사이트™re a Business Unit Administrator, Responsible Person or Deputy Responsible Person, you should contact our Customer Support Team
  2. Choose a new password following the rules on screen and enter it in both fields.
  3. Select 바카라 사이트˜Next바카라 사이트™. If your new password doesn바카라 사이트™t meet our requirements, you바카라 사이트™ll be prompted to amend it.

Confirmation of reset

  1. A message will confirm that 바카라 사이트˜Your password has been successfully reset바카라 사이트™.
  2. Select 바카라 사이트˜Return to login바카라 사이트™ to be able to login using your new (reset) password.

Logout

When you have completed your tasks, select 바카라 사이트˜Logout바카라 사이트™ at the top of the screen to exit the system securely.
