HM Land Registry portal: make an enquiry by property description

How Business e-services customers can make an enquiry by property description through the portal.

Start a search

1. Enter your 바카라 사이트˜Customer Reference바카라 사이트™, followed by details of the property, eg the house or flat number and postcode.
2. Select 바카라 사이트˜Next바카라 사이트™.

Results of search

1. A property that matches the search details is shown. If more than one title matches the search detail, a list is shown.
2. To see the details of the title and be able to view the register, select 바카라 사이트˜Register available바카라 사이트™.
3. If no properties are displayed, select 바카라 사이트˜ New enquiry바카라 사이트™ to make another enquiry by property description. If no title numbers are shown, the property may be registered, but you바카라 사이트™ll need to lodge a search of the index map instead.
4. Alternatively, you can access the index map to get title number immediately using our free Mapsearch service.

View search details and register view enquiry

Details of the title you selected show the:

• title number
• tenure
• administrative Area
• Price Paid/Value Stated Data (if available)

1. To view the register of the title (for a fee), select 바카라 사이트˜Start Register View with this title바카라 사이트™.
2. If you don바카라 사이트™t want to view the register, select 바카라 사이트˜Back to properties바카라 사이트™ to return to 바카라 사이트˜Enquiries result: Properties바카라 사이트™.

Logout

When you have completed your tasks, select 바카라 사이트˜Logout바카라 사이트™ at the top of the screen to exit the system securely.
