Use this form to register:

• the same exemptions at 30 or more sites 바카라 사이트� known as multiple site registrations (used to be called 바카라 사이트榖ulk바카라 사이트� registrations)聽聽

• exemptions along a linear network such as a railway, canal, river or road聽

There are only 4 exemptions you can register along a linear network:聽

• U1: Using waste in construction聽聽
• U12: Using mulch聽
• D1: Depositing waste from dredging inland waters聽
• D2: Depositing waste from train toilets

The form tells you what information you need to submit and what your responsibilities are.

1. 16 June 2025

   Updated with a new title: 'multiple site registration' is the new name for 'bulk registration'. On the cover page, added links to the 4 waste exemptions that can apply to linear networks and removed a link to an old document. No changes in the form or its requirements.

2. 15 March 2016

   The registration form has been updated to match the information required in the new online waste registration service. The information required has also been condensed into one form so that a separate form does not need to be submitted. It can also now can be used for linear registrations.
