Scheme for the variation of a watercourse through Cherry Hinton, Cambridgeshire
The Environment Agency submitted a scheme under Section 32, Land Drainage Act 1991 to the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) Â for confirmation.
This scheme involves diverting part of the route of a public drain. The work will enable development to take place in Cherry Hinton, Cambridgeshire.
The Environment Agency consulted on the scheme in August 2022. The map shows the diversion of the watercourse.
