Details

Approval for private TB testing of non-bovine animals is granted by the Secretary of State, Scottish ministers or Welsh ministers.

Email the completed form to:

• CSC.TBOS@apha.gov.uk for England
• ScotlandEndemics@apha.gov.uk for Scotland
• APHAWalesTBCaseManagementTeam@apha.gov.uk for Wales

Once consent is granted you must return the completed request form to the relevant email address along with:

• the tuberculin test chart for non-bovine animals (TN52A)
• the certificate of clinical inspection (TN52B)
• the blood test results (in the case of animals having both test types applied)
