Your charity can only hold the title to land or property in its own name if it바카라 사이트™s a charitable incorporated organisation or charitable company. If it isn바카라 사이트™t, your charity can still own and manage land or property but you must either:

  • nominate one or more trustees to hold the title to the land or property in their name (바카라 사이트˜holding trustees바카라 사이트™), or
  • ask the Official Custodian for Charities to hold the land or property on your charity바카라 사이트™s behalf (바카라 사이트˜vesting바카라 사이트™)
