The government has set out its view on the Committee바카라 사이트™s recommendations in respect of the proposed residence test, prison law changes and removal of funding from borderline cases.

The government agrees that some further modifications to the proposed residence test are justified to achieve the essential policy aim of targeting legal aid at those with a strong connection to the UK, whilst providing protection for those who are particularly vulnerable.
