Charities are a force for good and millions regularly donate to help them help others. But there are issues with the law within which charities operate.

This means that time and money is spent on administration when it could be used for charitable causes.

As a result, stemming from its 11th Programme of Law Reform 바카라 사이트“ and from Lord Hodgson바카라 사이트™s 2012 review of the Charities Act 바카라 사이트“ the Law Commission started investigating some of these technical issues in charity law.

This report makes a number of recommendations to improve the law.

This is the Law Commission바카라 사이트™s second report in the project, and follows the 2014 .
