Make a disclosure of an avoidance scheme to HMRC if you바카라 사이트檙e a promoter of notifiable arrangements.

You can either:

• email the form
• fill in the form on-screen, print it off and post it to HMRC

Email HMRC to聽ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
