Systems thinking is a way of exploring and developing effective action by looking at connected wholes rather than separate parts.

This document is based on discussions at a seminar on systems thinking held by the 바카라 사이트 Science and Engineering (GSE) and 바카라 사이트 Operational Research Service (GORS). It explains the main concepts in systems thinking and demonstrates some approaches applicable for government.
