You must follow this guidance when carrying out duties relating to children바카라 사이트™s centres under the Childcare Act 2006.

Statutory guidance sets out what schools and local authorities must do to comply with the law. You should follow the guidance unless you have a very good reason not to.

This guidance replaces the guidance published October 2010.
