The Deputy Traffic Commissioner for North West England decided:

Grounds for action against the operator바카라 사이트檚 licence in the name of K D Plant and Haulage Limited are established under:

• Section 27(1) 바카라 사이트� loss of good repute,
• Section 26(1)(e) 바카라 사이트� false statement when applying for the licence,
• Section 26(1)(h) 바카라 사이트� material change, involvement of Kevin King.
• This company바카라 사이트檚 operator바카라 사이트檚 licence will be revoked with effect from 23.59 on 13th March 2023
• Transport Manager Kevin King on losing his good repute as a transport manager is disqualified from managing the transport activities of an undertaking under para. 17 of Schedule 3 of the Act for a period of 12 months.
• Kevin King and Debbie Wallace are disqualified from holding or applying for an operator바카라 사이트檚 licence for a period of 12 months with effect from 13th March 2023.

Grounds for action against the licence held in the name of Kevin King and Sons Transport are established under:

• section 27(1)(a) of the Act 바카라 사이트� loss of good repute as an operator;
• section 27(1)(b) of the Act 바카라 사이트� loss of professional competence on a finding of loss of good repute as a transport manager pursuant to Schedule 3.

Grounds for action are also established under the discretionary grounds of:

• Section 26(1)(c)(iii) 바카라 사이트� prohibitions in the past 5 years;
• Section 26(1)(f) 바카라 사이트� failing to honour undertaking to observe the rules on drivers hours and tachographs and to keep proper records.

This sole trader바카라 사이트檚 operator바카라 사이트檚 licence will be revoked with effect from 23.59 on 13th March 2023.
