- Transport Manager Kevin King on losing his good repute as a transport manager is disqualified from managing the transport activities of an undertaking under para. 17 of Schedule 3 of the Act for a period of 12 months.
- Kevin King and Debbie Wallace are disqualified from holding or applying for an operator바카라 사이트™s licence for a period of 12 months with effect from 13th March 2023.
Grounds for action against the licence held in the name of Kevin King and Sons Transport are established under:
