The UK government sets a business impact target (BIT) for how much money it will save businesses. Regulators like the SIA must measure the economic impact on businesses of any changes to how they regulate, so that the government can see how much they contribute to meeting the BIT.

By law, we must:

  • publish a list of new or amended regulatory activities
  • measure the economic impact of those activities on business

We measure the impact by calculating a 바카라 사이트˜BIT score바카라 사이트™, using rules set by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. When we do, we separate our regulatory activities into 2 categories:

  1. 바카라 사이트˜Qualifying regulatory provisions바카라 사이트™, which are considered when we calculate our BIT score.

  2. 바카라 사이트˜Non-qualifying regulatory provisions바카라 사이트™, which are not considered.

The document above sets out the SIA바카라 사이트™s non-qualifying regulatory provisions for December 2020 to December 2021.

There were no qualifying regulatory provisions during the reporting period.
