This revised direction recognises the establishment of Worcestershire Children First (WCF), who will be responsible for Worcestershire children바카라 사이트檚 services from 1 October 2019.

If follows an which judged the overall effectiveness of those services as 바카라 사이트榬equires improvement to be good바카라 사이트�. The Secretary of State will retain the Children바카라 사이트檚 Services Commissioner, Trevor Doughty, to ensure continued improvement and oversee the early stages of WCF바카라 사이트檚 operation. (Trevor Doughty was appointed by the Secretary of State by on 8 March 2017.)

The Secretary of State has also given instructions to the council to ensure children바카라 사이트檚 social care functions are adequately maintained.

This direction replaces the earlier statutory direction issued in August 2018.
