This direction follows an by the Commissioner for Children바카라 사이트檚 Services in Surrey published on 20 December 2019. The report recommended that the council should retain the operational control of its children바카라 사이트檚 services.

This direction replaces the earlier statutory direction issued to the council in October 2018.
