These forms should be filled in by the clinician who바카라 사이트檚 responsible for the care of the restricted patient.

You must complete the notification of escape/abscond as soon as possible once you are aware of the incident. You must also complete the notification of return from escape/abscond as soon as possible once the patient has returned to the hospital.
