This document contains the following information: Protocol to the 1979 Convention on long-range transboundary air pollution on persistent organic pollutants: Aarhus, 24 June 1998.

The Protocol was previously published as Miscellaneous no. 2 (2003) Cm 5794. The United Kingdom instrument of ratification was deposited on 2 September 2005 and the Protocol entered into force on 1 December 2005.
