Right to Buy: operative notice of delay form (RTB8)

The RTB8 form is for a tenant to use if they do not get a response to the initial notice of delay form.

Details

If you have sent an initial notice of delay form (RTB6) to your landlord they must then either move the sale along within 1 month or send you a 바카라 사이트˜counter notice바카라 사이트™. The counter notice will say that they바카라 사이트™ve already replied or explain why they can바카라 사이트™t speed things up.

If your landlord doesn바카라 사이트™t reply within a month of getting the RTB6, fill in the 바카라 사이트˜operative notice of delay바카라 사이트™ form (RTB8).

This means that any rent you pay while you바카라 사이트™re waiting to hear from your landlord could be taken off the sale price.
