Following an Ofqual investigation into a number of incidents reported by OCR, OCR has admitted failing to comply with 15 of the General Conditions of Recognition and has agreed to pay a monetary penalty as well as giving a regulatory undertaking to Ofqual.
Ofqual바카라 사이트™s investigation concerned incidents affecting the delivery of OCR바카라 사이트™s GCSE computing qualification. The breaches OCR has admitted relate to those incidents but also include submitting an annual statement to Ofqual which was not accurate.
Ofqual바카라 사이트™s proposal to fine OCR £125,000 takes into account OCR바카라 사이트™s co-operation with the investigation and in particular its decision to make admissions, to agree to pay a fine in this case and the steps it has taken to prevent recurrence of the incidents.
