Details
This report sets out the recommendations on delivery arrangements for children바카라 사이트™s social care in the event of local authority reorganisation.
It recommends an alternative delivery model separate from the local authorities if they split into two local authorities.
It follows a MHCLG consultation on local authority reorganisation held in November 2018 and an that concluded that services had significantly deteriorated since inspection in 2016.
DfE issued a statutory direction to Northamptonshire county council on 30 November 2018.
