Section 65(1) of the Energy Act 2023 (the 바카라 사이트淎ct바카라 사이트�) provides that the Secretary of State may by notice given to a person designate the person to be a counterparty for hydrogen production revenue support contracts.
The Energy Security and Net Zero Secretary of State gave notice to the Low Carbon Contracts Company Ltd (LCCC) on 2 January 2024 designating the company as a counterparty for hydrogen production revenue support contracts under the Act.
In accordance with Section 81(3)(a) of the Act, the Secretary of State is also publishing the notice given to LCCC.
