This letter from the Home Secretary to the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs sets out the government바카라 사이트檚 response to the council바카라 사이트檚 advice on the potential harms and control of khat under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. The first Home Secretary response was in relation to control only.

The letter complements the Home Secretary바카라 사이트檚 3 July announcement of the decision to control khat as a Class C drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

The to implement this decision was laid before Parliament on 31 October.
