This document sets out the government바카라 사이트檚 response to the first full strategy from the Director of Labour Market Enforcement, Sir David Metcalf, published in May 2018.

The strategy made 37 recommendations on labour market enforcement, 7 of which overlap with commitments in the Good Work Plan, including the enforcement of holiday pay and better protections for agency workers.

The government accepts the majority of the Director바카라 사이트檚 recommendations and this response sets out the steps the government will take forward on:

• raising awareness of employment rights
• improving intelligence
• strengthening enforcement efforts
