Summary of complaint:

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Palmer, in his role as liquidator of a company, breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when he failed to ensure that a complete and accurate Forms RP15 and RP15A were submitted to the Redundancy Payments Service in a timely manner and failed to address correspondence from the company바카라 사이트™s pensions administrator in a timely manner.

Accordingly, Mr Palmer was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA바카라 사이트™s Articles of Association.
