Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Simon, acting in contemplation of his appointment as Liquidator and as Liquidator of a Company, breached Section 330 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 when he failed to report his suspicion of criminal conduct to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (바카라 사이트˜MLRO바카라 사이트™) at Mr Simon바카라 사이트™s previous firm and Expedium Limited (Mr Simon바카라 사이트™s current firm).

Accordingly, Mr Simon was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA바카라 사이트™s Articles of Association.
