Guidance on how to complete the spreadsheet to record details of imported plant material

How to complete the spreadsheet to record details of imported plant material for uploading on to PEACH system.
Step 1: Enable macros
Download the spreadsheet and open it on your computer. To enable macros, click 바카라 사이트˜Enable Editing바카라 사이트™ and 바카라 사이트˜Enable Content바카라 사이트™.
Step 2: Enter your genus
In column B (Genus), type the genus as it appears on your phytosanitary certificate. Click on the genus dropdown icon (it looks like an upside down triangle) to confirm the correct genus from the list. For example, 바카라 사이트˜Acorus바카라 사이트™.
If the genus does not appear on the dropdown lists, you can still add it. Type the name as it appears on your phytosanitary certificate.
If your phytosanitary certificate does not have a species name, select the genus option with brackets and skip the next step.
Step 3: Enter your species
In column C (species), type the species as it appears on your phytosanitary certificate.
Click on the species dropdown icon (it looks like an upside down triangle) and confirm the correct species from the list. For example, 바카라 사이트˜Gramineus바카라 사이트™.
If the species does not appear on the dropdown lists, you can still add it. Type the name as it appears on your phytosanitary certificate.
Step 4: Confirm the number of plants
In column E (Number of), type the number of plants being imported as a figure only.
For example, if you plan to import fifty Acorus gramineus, type 바카라 사이트˜50바카라 사이트™ in the column.
Repeat the steps if you have more genus or species
If you import more than one type of genus or species, you can add more entries to the spreadsheet.
Enter the genus, species and number of plants underneath your first entry in the same columns (B, C and E).
Step 5: Enter the net weight of your consignment
Enter the net weight as a figure in the yellow cell under 바카라 사이트˜Net Weight (enter below)바카라 사이트™.
For example, if your net weight is 350 kilograms enter it as 바카라 사이트˜350바카라 사이트™.
Step 6: Enter your phytosanitary certificate number
Enter the last 5 digits and characters of your phytosanitary certificate in the yellow cell under 바카라 사이트˜Phyto Last 5 digits/characters (enter below)바카라 사이트™.
For example, if your phytosanitary certificate number is 2021030457263, you would type 바카라 사이트˜57263바카라 사이트™.
Step 7: Create your CSV file
Click on the 바카라 사이트˜Create CSV File바카라 사이트™ button and select where you would like to save the CSV file on your computer. You do not need to select any options from the 바카라 사이트˜Directory for CSV file to be saved in바카라 사이트™ dropdown.
The name of the CSV file will be automatically saved as the net weight and last 5 digits of the phytosanitary certificate number.
For example, the name of the file will appear as 바카라 사이트˜350KG 57263바카라 사이트™.
If your consignment has more than 200 lines of different genera and species you will have to put this onto a separate spreadsheet and save it as a separate CSV.
The CSV file, or files if you have more than 200 lines, for each phytosanitary certificate can then be uploaded to the PEACH application on screen 2B. Do not upload the spreadsheet to PEACH.
Reusing spreadsheets
If you바카라 사이트™re re-using a spreadsheet, make sure the details are updated. If there are any genera or species you are not importing for that consignment, enter 0 in the 바카라 사이트˜Number of바카라 사이트™ column or leave it blank.
