In October 2013 Department for Transport published 바카라 사이트˜The strategic case for HS2바카라 사이트™ which provides a comprehensive explanation of the case for HS2.
These documents were developed alongside the strategic case in 2013. They provide further detail and support for the strategic case.
Economic case
The 바카라 사이트˜Economic case바카라 사이트™ sets out our economic assessment of HS2 and demonstrates that it represents value for money. It also compares the assessment of HS2 with our economic assessment of potential alternatives.
Financial case
The 바카라 사이트˜Financial case바카라 사이트™ demonstrates that HS2 is affordable. It sets out the funding arrangements for the project and long-term funding envelope for both phases of construction and for rolling stock, including significant contingency.
Commercial case
The 바카라 사이트˜Commercial case바카라 사이트™ sets out the commercial viability of HS2 and our developing procurement and delivery strategies.
Management case
The 바카라 사이트˜Management case바카라 사이트™ sets out how the HS2 programme is being managed and describes the organisational, governance, assurance and control framework within which the programme operates.
