The local authority insight survey gathers feedback from local authority benefit managers on topics of interest to the Department for Work and Pensions.
Wave 34 of the survey examined:
- fraud and error in Housing Benefit 바카라 사이트“ to understand and measure the effectiveness of activities local authorities have implemented to reduce fraud and error, including the Right Benefit Initiative scheme and use of caseload management information
- changes to local authority structures and services 바카라 사이트“ to quantify and capture changes to local authorities바카라 사이트™ structures and services in response to a series of welfare reforms, as well as their priorities for financial year 2018 to 2019
- the 4 week limit for absences outside Great Britain for Housing Benefit 바카라 사이트“ to understand the impact of this change on local authority workloads
