The 2019 survey is HMRC바카라 사이트檚 11th annual Civil Service People Survey.

HMRC바카라 사이트檚 employee engagement index has remained at 49%. This places us 14% points away from the 63% Civil Service benchmark.

The response rate for this year was 60%.
