The 바카라 사이트 welcomes the Office for Environmental Protection바카라 사이트™s (OEP) report on the Implementation of the Water Framework Directive Regulations and River Basin Management Planning (published 9 May 2024). This is an important area for the OEP바카라 사이트™s monitoring work and the new 바카라 사이트 is continuing to consider the conclusions and recommendations in the report, which will be part of the 바카라 사이트바카라 사이트™s considerations for reform on water in the coming weeks and months. The 바카라 사이트 notes the OEP바카라 사이트™s findings at this time and will provide a more detailed response in September.
Section 29 of the Environment Act requires the Secretary of State to lay in Parliament a response to the OEP바카라 사이트™s report within three months. The deadline for laying this response falls during summer recess and an earlier opportunity to lay was not possible due to the calling of the General Election and subsequent prorogation. The 바카라 사이트, therefore, respectfully asks the House to accept this response before it rises in July with the intention to lay a full, considered response as soon as possible when the House returns.
