This document serves as a basis for co-ordination with other government departments, the blue-light services, and other agencies, in meeting the country바카라 사이트™s requirements for flood rescue.
The FRCO also contains details of how impacted local authorities and emergency responders can request mutual aid. This allows for a national, coordinated approach to respond to national flooding emergencies, and ensuring mechanisms are in place for the deployment of all specialist flood rescue assets.
