1.1 Temporary Lift of the 10m & Under Licence Cap
The Cap on some 10m & Under vessels which restricts their uptake to no more than 350kg per year of quota stocks has been temporarily lifted for the remainder of 2024.
- Amendment to PART II: QUOTA LIMITATIONS OF TAC STOCKS to Licence Annexe for Category A Limited (94/99)
This annex removes the capping of 350kg of quota species from your licence from 00:01 hrs 26th May 2024 to 23:59 31st December 2024.
