Submitting an electronic administrative document or an electronic simplified administrative document for excise goods

Find out how to complete and submit an electronic administrative document (eAD) and an electronic simplified administrative document (eSAD) using the Excise Movement Control System.

If you바카라 사이트™re a consignor and you send duty suspended excise goods using the Excise Movement Control System (EMCS), you바카라 사이트™ll need to complete and submit a message known as an electronic administrative document (eAD) through EMCS before the movement takes place.

If you바카라 사이트™re a certified or temporary certified consignor and you send duty paid excise goods from Northern Ireland to the EU using EMCS, you바카라 사이트™ll need to complete and submit a message known as an electronic simplified administrative document (eSAD) through EMCS before the movement takes place.
