This direction requires the council to:

• comply with the instructions of the Secretary of State in relation to the improvement of its children바카라 사이트檚 social care services
• cooperate with the Secretary of State바카라 사이트檚 intervention advisers.

It also requires the independent chair of the council바카라 사이트檚 improvement board to report to the Secretary of State, on a quarterly basis, on progress with the implementation and impact of the council바카라 사이트檚 improvement plan.

It follows a report by that judged the overall effectiveness of the council바카라 사이트檚 children바카라 사이트檚 social care services to be 바카라 사이트榠nadequate바카라 사이트�.
