This direction requires the council to take a number of steps to improve its children바카라 사이트檚 social care services. It follows publication on 5 June 2015 of a which judged the overall effectiveness of children바카라 사이트檚 services in Sandwell to be inadequate.

The direction also follows an earlier statutory direction issued to the council on 22 July 2014.

This direction has now closed. A direction issued by DfE on 6 October 2016 replaces it.
